National high voltage grade intelligent substation put into operation next year

Located in Luochuan County, Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province, the highest voltage level intelligent substation in the country -750 kV Yan'an Substation is progressing smoothly. At present, 90% of the station's civil engineering has been completed, the electrical engineering has completed the installation of main transformer and 750 kV equipment, and the installation and commissioning of secondary equipment is in progress. The substation is one of the first four pilot smart substations of the State Grid Corporation of China. It is expected to be put into operation in March next year and will play an important leading and exemplary role in the construction of the national smart grid.
The substation is constructed by Shaanxi Power Transmission and Transformation Engineering Company. On November 18, Lei Jianguo, project manager of Yan'an substation of Shaanxi power transmission and transformation engineering company, told China Energy News: "as the intelligent substation with the highest voltage level in China, 750 kV Yan'an substation has high technology content, and many technologies and equipment are the first in China."
The station is designed with intelligent primary equipment to realize on-line detection, fault diagnosis, condition-based maintenance and intelligent control of operation. The intelligent station power system is adopted to realize the informatization, automation and interaction of low-voltage AC power supply. DC integrated system integrates DC power supply, inverter power supply and communication power supply system to form the only DC power supply, highlighting the characteristics of intelligent substation.
The 750 kV frame of the station is not equipped with temperature expansion joints, saving 3.7 mu of land. There is no temperature seam in the longitudinal direction of the 330 kV frame, saving 0.56 mu of land. The station has many optical cables, few cables, and a high degree of automation. In the design, two 750 kV relay rooms are integrated into one, and three 330 kV relay rooms are integrated into one. The total construction area is reduced by 190 square meters, which reflects the remarkable characteristics of "resource-saving, environment-friendly and industrialization. In addition, for the loess geology, the station for the first time adopted the in-hole deep dynamic compaction compaction pile plus bored pile construction scheme to eliminate the impact of loess collapsibility and improve the uplift and compressive bearing capacity of bored piles. In the smart grid technology and advanced equipment applications, has an important leading role in demonstration.
750 kV Yan'an substation covers an area of 13.74 hectares, the construction area of 1505 square meters. One set of 2100 MVA main transformers and two sets of long-term transformers will be installed in this period. 750 kV outgoing line will be returned twice in this period and 8 times in the long-term, 330 kV outgoing line will be returned 4 times in this period and 12 times in the long-term. It is of great significance to meet the power supply load in northern Shaanxi and the access of large power plants such as Yan'an, and to strengthen the main network structure of Shaanxi. Construction started in April 2009.
Since the start of construction, Shaanxi Power Transmission and Transformation Engineering Company has regarded Yan'an transformation construction as a key project in the past two years, strengthened organization and leadership, established a Yan'an intelligent transformation construction leading group and set up five special groups to organize construction planning, coordinate resource allocation, and give priority Guarantee the supply of people, materials, and materials, carry out comprehensive inspections of safety, quality, progress, civilized construction, and archives, and continuously promote the progress of the project.
On April 6, 2010, the 750 kV frame lifting was fully launched. A total of 66 hoisting tasks (times), including 32 hoisting beams (times) and 34 hoisting columns (times). The maximum span of the beam is 52 meters and the maximum net weight of the column is 31 tons. The span and weight of the hoisting operation are the highest among the 750 kV substation projects built and under construction. The company adopted a 250-ton crawler crane and a 50-ton crane double-machine lifting method, which took only 11 days to complete the hoisting work with a total weight of 1200 tons, creating a new record for hoisting large substations.
Up to now, the qualified rate of the project inspection is 100, and the physical spot check conforms to the current standards, procedures and specifications of the State Grid Corporation.
